Over the past two decades, football in the Big 30 region has been alive and well, and there is plenty of evidence of gridiron greatness in several places.

Youth football is healthy in many towns.  The Raabe-Big 30 All-Star Game continues to attract large crowds.  Several varsity programs have excelled and lifted the level of play within the many leagues represented in this region of Western New York and Pennsylvania.

In 2005, Randolph became the first Big 30 team to win a state championship, and they did it in dominating fashion.  Salamanca, Coudersport, Smethport, and Kane have come very close.  Pioneer, Bradford, Portville, and others have advanced in the playoffs numerous times...giving hometown fans something to celebrate.
