This website is created by Jimmy Reynolds, a 1979 Portville RB/DB who played
in the 6th Raabe Classic. Twin Tiers is a project of Pan-Con Productions,
which includes Reynolds and his fellow Pan-Con football players and classmates - FB Boomer Connell, RB Gary Swetland, RB Mark Childs, C Moke Jaekle (who also played in
the '79 all-star contest), WR Mike Milne, WR Joe Caya, WR John Sprague, WR Randy Bretzin, T Joe Snyder, G Mike Warner, E Rob
Pockalny, and QB John Depp.
The Pan-Con Football Gang accumulated 2,400 yards rushing during the 1976-78
PCS varsity seasons, as well as 2,000 tackles and 32 TDs in 26 games under Bob Connell (Boomer's father). The gang also starred in basketball, swimming, wrestling,
baseball, and track + field (setting many school records).
In their spare time during high school, they made four movies, which paved the way for many more projects during the 80s and 90s - and during the past decade,
they created this website and several others related to the Big 30 region and football in particular.
Boomer, Moke, and Gary played ball for Canisius after their Portville Panther days. Connell
later coached for the college team, while Swetland went on to become Portville's winningest coach from 1992 to the present, passing Boomer's dad in 2007.
